365-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Your first order of Vitiligo Organics™ is covered by a 365-day money-back guarantee. You have a full year from the delivery date to decide whether it is right for you. Used or even empty bottles are accepted. There are no restocking fees or deductions, and refunds go back to your original payment method.

What's covered

  • Your first order from vitiligoorganics.com: the Vitiligo Organics cream (all sizes) and any supporting products bought in that same order.
  • Repeat orders are not covered by the 365-day guarantee. Lost or damaged parcels are always replaced free (see our Shipping Policy).

How to return

  1. Email support@vitiligoorganics.com with your order number and the words "Guarantee return" (or use our contact form).
  2. We reply within 1 business day with your return instructions.
  3. Post the bottles to: Organic Care Australia Pty Ltd, PO Box 250, South Morang LPO, 66/415 McDonalds Rd, Mill Park VIC 3082, Australia. Please use a tracked postal service and keep your receipt.

Return postage

Return postage is paid by the customer. Your refund is the full amount you paid for the order, including the original shipping charge; nothing is deducted.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days of your return arriving. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the credit.
