This website is operated by Organic Care Australia Pty Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Organic Care Australia Pty Ltd. We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
Lifetime Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a lifetime money-back guarantee on all products. There is no expiry period to lodge a claim for a refund. However, we encourage our customers to continue using the product till the visible results are achieved. This usually happens anytime between one to six months. You will be eligible for a refund even if you have used/finished all the products. Order Processing & Discreet Packaging
Orders are processed in 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri is 5 business days). You will receive an email once your order is processed and shipped. Order processing time is excluded from the shipping time frame mentioned in the shipping section of the website. Your privacy is important to us. Orders are packed discreetly in plain bubble envelopes. We don’t disclose any personal condition or product name on the shipping label. “Body Lotion” will be written in the contents description section of the shipping label.
Shipping, Tracking & Delivery
We are committed to providing the best shipping experience to the customers. Currently, we are working with 10 shipping companies to offer cost-effective and reliable shipping services to our customers from over 180 countries.
"Standard [FREE] Shipping" is experiencing delays because of COVID19, limited international flights availability and the congested delivery network due to frequent lockdowns in different parts of the world. We are processing and pushing orders out the door every day. If possible, avoid Standard Shipping and choose alternative shipping options if you wish your order to be delivered without any delay.
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as the order is shipped. You should expect to receive your order within the time frame mentioned in the shipping section of the website. Please keep tracking your parcel to find out the expected delivery date. Please contact us if the delivery time frame has lapsed.
Your order will be delivered to the doorstep. Sometimes parcels are taken to the nearest post office if nobody is available at the address. If you fail to collect the parcel within the collection window, it will be returned to us. Orders are shipped to the address provided in the shipping address section of the website. The customer is responsible to provide the correct and complete address. $27 reshipping fee will be applicable if your parcel is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete shipping address or failure to collect from the post office. You will have the option to change the shipping address if you decide to reship your returned parcel.
Lost & Damaged Goods
Your parcel is fully covered for lost or damaged goods. If you have received your order with damaged content, please email us some pictures and we will ship the replacement for free. Similarly, if your parcel is lost in transit we will ship a new parcel for free.
Customs Clearance, Duties & Taxes
Every order is subject to customs clearance. We attach all relevant documents (Regulatory & Commercial Invoice) for swift customs clearance. Usually, parcels are cleared within a few days for most countries. We have no control over the clearance delay. Some countries may impose duties/taxes which are payable by the customer but will be refunded once the tax receipt is presented within 30 days of payment. Any delay with customs clearance does not include in the time frame mentioned in the shipping section of the website.
Customs Duty/Taxes/VAT Refund (Offer)
Customs duties/taxes has always been a pain point when you buy things internationally. We want our customers to experience a smooth transition from buying to delivery of their order. We are currently offering a duty/tax/VAT refund If your parcel incurred one. Please email the itemized payment receipt that clearly displays the duty/tax/VAT amount within 30 days and we will process the refund to your respective card or bank account within 10-15 working days. The tax refund is capped to $100 (Australian dollars or equivalent currency) and it’s not valid for repeat orders. Duty/Tax refund does not include any storage fees, GST, or courier/postal handling charges for unclaimed or returned shipments. We reserve the right, exercisable in its sole discretion to discontinue, change or cancel this offer at any time for any reason whatsoever without notice.
Refused & Abandoned Shipment
We request you not to refuse the delivery of your order. Please accept the parcel and return it for a full refund at any time convenient to you. If a customer refuses the package due to a change of mind, customs issues, including refusal to pay customs tax or duties, failure to provide requested documents, or other related issues, we will not be able to provide any refund or reshipment of the refused package that could end up abandoned or destroyed. The refund will only be processed if the parcel is returned to us in its original condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable for refused shipments.
You have the right to cancel your order by contacting email@example.com no later than 12 hours after the order is placed. We will issue a credit to your credit card account if the order is not shipped before 12 hours.
