Processing

Orders are packed and dispatched from Melbourne, Australia within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Discreet packaging

Parcels are sent in plain packaging. The label never mentions your condition; the contents are declared as "Body Lotion".

Customs, duties and taxes

Some countries charge import duties or taxes on arrival, payable by the customer. On first orders, we refund duties/taxes up to AUD 100 (or equivalent); email the itemised receipt within 30 days. Please don't refuse delivery: refused parcels can't be refunded or reshipped. We cover all US tariffs, so US customers pay no extra fees on delivery.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we replace it free of charge. Email support@vitiligoorganics.com with your order number (and photos for damage).

Incorrect address or uncollected parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because it wasn't collected from the post office, a $27 reshipping fee applies.
