1. You represent and warrant that the photos and videos given are original and do not infringe upon the copyright or other proprietary rights of any other person or entity.
2. You agree that Organic Care Australia P/L shall own all rights to the photos and videos shared through email or uploaded through any website. You also agree that Organic Care Australia P/L has the right to use or not to use these photos and videos at its sole discretion.
3. You agree to indemnify and release Organic Care Australia P/L from any liabilities arising from or relating to your providing said photos and videos.
4. Photos and videos are subject to final approval. You will record and share monthly progress with visible results in the form of photos and videos. We may ask you to reproduce the pictures or videos if the picture/sound quality is poor or for any other reason. 
5. ^AU$500 is the maximum reward/refund claimable per customer. The reward can be in the form of a refund or product giveaway.
6. This offer cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer. 
7. We reserve the right, exercisable in its sole discretion, to discontinue, change or cancel any promotional offer for any reason whatsoever without notice.
